BRILLIANT Terrazzo & Marble Finishing
Brilliant Terrazzo & Marble Finishing Process
Highest Density = Less Maintenance
Young Final Finish, LLC exclusively offers the BRILLIANT Terrazzo Finishing Process (Patent US 8,257,145 B2). This particular vitrification process creates the highest density surface possible, which equals less frequent terrazzo maintenance.
Young Final Finish, LLC has the experience to determine what finish is best for your site based on the amount and type of foot traffic.
Terrazzo requires continual care, with either a coating or a vitrified finish giving it that high polish look.
As much as 50% maintenance cost can be saved by using the BRILLIANT process over other terrazzo floor vitrification.

Our Projects
Iozzos in Franklin Indiana:
Sealed Concrete
This project involved a high-quality concrete at Franklin, enhancing durability and aesthetics. The work ensured a long-lasting, polished surface suitable for the space’s needs.
Jasper County Courthouse:
BRILLIANT Terrazzo
Built in 1896, this building had never had this terrazzo restored. Some displaced edges had become severe enough to trip people.
Indy Parks & Rec HQ:
BRILLIANT Terrazzo
This facility was closed for many years. Saving this terrazzo entry was the vision of the contractor who was changing the location to a storage facility.
Franciscan Alliance:
BRILLIANT Terrazzo
We are proud to work with the Franciscan Alliance hospitals to help them maintain their floors and provide a safe and inviting experience to both staff and patients.
The Continental Apartments:
BRILLIANT Marble Restoration
The Continental Apartments were originally built as the Spink Arms Hotel in 1922. We restored this 1,000 plus square foot section of Tennessee Pink and Tennessee Cedar marble floor in 2021.
Sugar Grove:
SEALED Concrete
This 5,100 square foot project was done in the Sugar Grove Elementary School cafeteria and delivered a fun environment for their students to hang out in. Includes a tiled layout and mascot graphics that show school spirit.
