Project information
Sealed concrete is a durable and versatile flooring solution that combines strength with a clean, finished look.
The concrete and building in this project were installed about 130-140 years ago. 1880-1890’s.
It is a brewery floor that is located next to the White River in Indianapolis.
There is a path from the brewery where barrels would be taken down to the river for transport.
The new owner took the old coal burner out and some other items. They wanted a smooth usable surface. No Flair!
We filled the openings with binder and pea gravel and ground it level before polishing and sealing it up.
